Service Description

- Consultation via Phone or Zoom (I will contact you when the appointment begins) - Initial 12-week protocol (herbal recommendations and lifestyle / dietary advice) - Email support* included for 3 months. After 3 months, a follow-up consultation (30 min/ 60 min) will need to be scheduled for continued support *Email support includes asking brief clarifying questions about your protocol. If more assistance is needed, a follow-up consultation (30 min/ 60 min) should be booked for better guidance **If you need a consultation outside of the available hours, please email pattylagernd@gmail.com with your time zone and the time you would like, and I will see if I can accommodate you.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to notify me as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. A full refund will be granted for any cancellation with a 24-hour or more notification. No refunds are granted if the client misses the appointed without notice.
